1. All Passenger names must be included in the reservation (including children and infants)

2. Names must match passports EXACTLY (for hotels and cruises and flights)

4. Be sure to complete all fields with an asterisk (*).  This form will not submit if incomplete.

5. Enter any special requests, special needs, and or dietary restrictions in Section 5.

6. Remember to check the I agree box, enter the date, and then type your name prior to submitting.  

7. DO NOT ENTER PAYMENT DETAILS WHEN REGISTERING.

8. Your travel specialist will send you and invoice acceptance email once booking is complete.

9. Review the invoice to ensure that all names and travel details are accurate before submitting your deposit.  

10. Never send your credit payment details via email or text. You can attach copies of passports to this form securely.
